Greetings and Welcome
I have always enjoyed the process of making art. The struggle to make a reality out of that which appears perfect in my mind, is of more interest to me than the outcome. Falling short is a given. Mistakes are inevitable. Solving the problems I have created for myself is rewarding.
I graduated college in 2002 with a BFA. A professor of mine pointed out I had spent almost all of my life in school and it might be useful to spend some time outside of academia. So I got a "real" job; a blue-collar job. I would work for a couple of years and then apply to grad school. That was the plan anyway...
The recent pandemic prompted me to reassess my life. After spending 18 years at a job that ultimately left me unfulfilled, I decided to hit the reset button. I want to rekindle the creative fire which once burned brightly within me and there is no time like the present. Feel free to contact me if you believe I can help you out with a project.
